We conduct due diligence and statutory compliance investigations; undertaking instructions on restructuring and reorganization (e.g. unbundling and disinvestments), takeovers, acquisitions and drafting contractual agreements both for main agreements and supporting documents. For JSE Securities listed companies, MPI drafts and vets documentation such as circulars, notices and prospectus. For companies that require listing on the JSE, MPI drafts all relevant documentation required to list on the JSE. MPI also reviews legal agreements for compliance with JSE listings Rules, SRP and other applicable regulations.
